Shipping and Returns, Delivery Times and Rates

SHIPPING

Shipments are delivered to the address you provide when placing the order, as long as it is in Spain, and are usually made through a transport agency.

DEADLINES

Delivery times are typically between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination. This timeframe applies only after the availability of the goods has been confirmed and full payment for the order has been received.

Delivery times agreed with the different transport agencies may be altered, causing occasional delays, due to promotional campaigns, force majeure or due to the current situation derived from COVID-19 and the measures applied by the Government of Spain or the Autonomous Communities.

STANDARD SHIPPING HOME DELIVERY

 

Shipping Cost Zones FREE shipping on orders over:

  • SPAIN (Peninsula) €4 €70

  • SPAIN (Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) €6 €100

  • SPAIN (Canary Islands) €12 €120

Prices include 21% VAT.

Any applicable duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. For more information regarding these taxes, please contact your local customs office.

If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests a return of the order, the provider will refund its value less the cost of shipping and subsequent return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You have a period of fifteen calendar days to process the exchange or return from the receipt of the order at the chosen delivery address.

It's very simple!

  • Write to us at info@manolitafaldotas.com indicating your order number and reason for return.

  • We will then send you the return label with shipping prepaid.

  • Prepare the package exactly as you received it.

  • Drop off the package at any post office.

Once the order arrives at our offices and we verify that it is in the same condition as when it was delivered, you will be refunded the value of the returned item, less a return shipping cost of €2.90, using the same method chosen during the purchase process as soon as possible, or the item you wish to exchange will be sent to you free of charge.
